The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by EZLotManager or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (lenders, credit bureaus, payment processors, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party actions or content.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EZLOTMANAGER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZLotManager, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
14. Dispute Resolution – Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
